These terms govern the REclaw website at getreclaw.com, the strategy call process, and the done-for-you OpenClaw implementation service operated by 2-Minute Apps.

The service

REclaw is a done-for-you implementation service. We install, harden, and customize OpenClaw for real estate agents, small teams, and brokerages. Here is what the service includes and what it does not.

What's included

REclaw installs OpenClaw on your infrastructure, configures production workflows (lead response, CRM sync, CMA generation, offer drafting, listing content, transaction admin, and pipeline reporting), connects your CRM and messaging channels, and delivers the system with a delivery call that includes live training, a recorded replay, and an SOP document. Implementation timing is scoped on the strategy call and is not committed on this website.

What's not included

REclaw does not provide CRM subscriptions, VPS hosting, MLS access, messaging platform accounts, or any third-party service subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining your own infrastructure, CRM accounts, and channel access. REclaw does not guarantee any specific transaction volume, revenue outcome, or lead quality.

Managed retainer

The optional managed retainer is a separate monthly agreement that covers system monitoring, updates, security scans, and one new workflow per month. The retainer can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. The higher-tier retainer adds a weekly 15-minute call.

Payment terms

All fees are quoted in US dollars and confirmed in writing before implementation work begins.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee is the amount shown on your order form, invoice, or signed proposal. Payment is due before implementation begins unless a written split-payment plan is agreed in advance.

Retainer billing

The managed retainer, if selected, is billed monthly at the rate shown in your service agreement, order form, or invoice. Billing begins after implementation and the delivery call are complete and the retainer is activated. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Payments are processed through Stripe. REclaw does not directly collect or store credit card numbers. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern payment processing.

The 30-day qualified showing guarantee

REclaw offers a results-based guarantee on the setup fee: book at least one extra qualified showing within 30 days of the delivery call, or we refund the setup fee in full.

Eligibility

The guarantee applies to the one-time setup fee only. It does not apply to the managed retainer. You must have an active CRM account, functioning messaging channels, and incoming lead flow during the 30-day period.

What counts

An "extra qualified showing" means a showing that was booked by the REclaw-configured system, met your agreed qualification criteria, and would not have been booked through your prior workflow. REclaw will work with you to verify this based on CRM records and system logs.

How to claim

Email [email protected] within 40 days of the delivery call with a description of the issue. REclaw will review system logs and CRM activity. If you qualify for a refund under this guarantee after review, the setup fee is refunded within 14 business days.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if you disable, modify, or materially alter the configured workflows during the 30-day period without REclaw's involvement, or if your CRM account, messaging channels, or infrastructure are inactive or inaccessible during that time.

Your data and infrastructure

REclaw is designed so that you stay in control of your data and systems at all times.

  • Your infrastructure — OpenClaw is installed on your VPS or Mac mini. REclaw does not host or control the server after setup is complete.
  • Your data — CRM records, lead conversations, client information, and generated documents belong to you. REclaw does not retain, copy, or have ongoing access to this data unless you are on the managed retainer.
  • Retainer access — If you subscribe to the managed retainer, REclaw accesses your system over secure connections for monitoring and updates. This access can be revoked at any time.
  • Workflow configurations — The prompts, automation logic, and workflow configurations created during setup are delivered to you as part of the service. You own the output.
  • No lock-in — If you stop using REclaw's retainer or stop working with REclaw entirely, you retain full access to your OpenClaw installation, workflows, and all data on your infrastructure.

Acceptable use

By using REclaw's service, you agree not to use the configured system for purposes that violate applicable law, infringe on third-party rights, or cause harm. Specifically:

  • You will not use the system to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications that violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or equivalent regulations.
  • You will not use the system to impersonate real people, fabricate credentials, or misrepresent the nature of automated communications when disclosure is required by law.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the system complies with your CRM provider's terms of service, your MLS rules, and any applicable real estate licensing regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • REclaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if it reasonably determines that the system is being used for illegal or harmful purposes.

Limitation of liability

REclaw is a service provider, not a licensed real estate broker, legal advisor, or financial advisor. The following limitations apply.

Service warranty

REclaw provides the service "as is" after setup. While REclaw uses reasonable care in configuring workflows, it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or specific business outcomes beyond the 30-day qualified showing guarantee.

Indirect damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REclaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost leads, missed appointments, or reputational harm — arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Liability cap

REclaw's total aggregate liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to REclaw in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-party services

REclaw is not responsible for outages, changes, or data loss caused by third-party services including your CRM, hosting provider, messaging platforms, MLS, or payment processor. Those services are governed by their own terms.

Termination

Either party can end the relationship under the following conditions.

  • Setup-only clients — Once implementation and the delivery call are complete, the service is complete. No ongoing obligation exists unless you purchase the managed retainer.
  • Retainer cancellation — You may cancel the managed retainer at any time with 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. REclaw will complete any work in progress and cease access to your system at the end of the notice period.
  • Termination by REclaw — REclaw may terminate or suspend service immediately if you breach these terms, engage in illegal activity using the system, or fail to pay outstanding invoices after 30 days.
  • Effect of termination — After termination, you retain full access to your OpenClaw installation, your data, and your workflows. REclaw's access to your system ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable except under the 30-day qualified showing guarantee.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Jharkhand, India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of Jharkhand, India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith email communication for at least 30 days.

Changes to these terms

REclaw may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, REclaw will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before the change takes effect.
